Program Leadership: Lead the development and execution of Neev Shikshan Sanstha’s programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Impact Evaluation: Implement and improvise robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners, educational institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our programs.
Team Management: Work effectively with leadership and programs team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Capacity Building: Identify and facilitate training and development needs for programs, staff, and oversee the implementation of capacity-building initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
Resource Optimization: Drive resource optimization efforts by contributing to proposal development, donor engagement, converting donors and ensuring alignment with program priorities and impact objectives.
Knowledge Management: Promote a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization, capturing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to inform program design and implementation.

Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with compulsory Gujarati and a strong hold on Hindi and English languages.
- Candidates who are aware and has an experience of working with school ecosystem are preferred;
- On-ground grassroots experience for at least 3 years is essential
- Candidates must have a two wheeler and a driving license.
- Candidates with background of Pedagogy or School Leadership Management are preferred.
- We’d prefer candidates with a flexible attitude, agility and resilience as their key behavioural quality that is suitable in a start up working environment.

Job Description for Intern
Considering that the work is centered around the foundational years, it is very important for the applicant to be comfortable with interacting and working with young children. Being empathetic towards the teachers and stakeholders is pertinent in order to be able to enjoy the work. A person who enjoys the company of 3-8 year olds will be an ideal candidate.
Objectives/Role:
1)Identify gaps between current situations & expected/desired outcomes
2)Understanding the contextual needs of the classrooms & teachers
3)Coordinating with stakeholders whenever required virtually/physically.
4)Understanding theoretical aspects of the age appropriate learning outcomes linked with pedagogy
5)Creating worksheets for age of 3-8 years of children
6)Formulating & assembling a thorough guidebook (in Gujarati) for teachers including lesson plans, assessments & activities, materials, games, toys, TLMs, worksheets, etc
7)Piloting; Evaluation of pilot & modifying
8)Documentation of the processes involved
Personal Qualities/Requirements:
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Gujarati & English
• Min 2 years of work experience with school & classrooms
• Ability to learn and grow by connecting the dots & see the big picture objectives
• Sound knowledge of curriculum & pedagogy
• Timely delivery of the tasks assigned
• Agility & resilience
